Elvis Movers offers residential and commercial moving services, junk removal, furniture assembly, and cleaning services. Our services include packing, loading, transporting, and unloading items, as well as additional services like cleaning and furniture assembly, where requested.

2. Booking and Payments

To confirm a booking, a deposit or full payment may be required based on the type of service you request. Payment for moving services is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit, or debit payments.

3. Pricing

Prices are based on the services requested, the size of the move, and the distance. Additional charges may apply for services such as packing, long-distance travel, or the removal of particularly large or heavy items. You will receive an estimate before your move, and any changes will be communicated to you beforehand.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packed and ready for transport at the time of the move. We are not liable for damages to items that are improperly packed or for any items that are not disclosed to us before the move. It is your responsibility to remove all valuable and fragile items, such as jewelry, cash, and electronics, prior to our team arriving.

5. Damages and Liability

While we take great care with your belongings, Elvis Movers is not liable for damages to items that are not packed or secured properly by our team. For high-value items or delicate items (e.g., antiques, electronics), we recommend discussing special handling requirements with us in advance. We offer limited liability coverage, which can be further discussed before the move.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least [insert time frame, e.g., 48 hours] in advance. Cancellations within [insert time frame] of the move may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

7. Accessibility and Delays

Elvis Movers values your privacy. We do not share any personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill our services or as required by law. By booking our services, you agree to the use of your personal information for the purpose of processing your move.

Elvis Movers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to all bookings made after the updated terms are published.
